Refund policy

Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please email us at hi@crosscrownclothing.com with the following information:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return or exchange
- A photo or video showing the issue (if defective)

We will respond with instructions and the correct return address based on your location. Please do not return items to the sender’s address.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- In its original packaging with all tags attached

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using tracked shipping. We are not responsible for lost or untrackable returns.

Refused Delivery/Unclaimed Orders

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect the package from the carrier for reasons not caused by our store (including incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to retrieve the package within the carrier’s holding period), the order will be returned to our fulfillment center.

As soon as the return is verified, the customer will be refunded the product cost only.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any return shipping charges billed by the carrier may also be deducted from the refund.

No refund will be issued if the package has not been returned in its progress.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once shipped. If you still wish to cancel after shipment, you may return the item upon delivery within the 14-day return window.
